7 Day Social – DAY 4

Problem solving

If you gotta problem, yo I solve it….(sorry for the Vanilla Ice reference!)

There’s a reason why someone chooses you.

Sometimes, it comes down to price.  But more often than not, they’ve made a connection with you AND you’ve solved a problem for them.

Let’s dive into this one…

You can help them.

All the prompts I’m sharing with you this week are making you build a connection with potential customers, so whether that’s from the testimonial you’ve shared (day 2) or realised they visit the same bakery as you from your reel (day 3).

So that when they are ready to make a purchase, they already kinda know you.  Today, I want you to share how you solve their problem.

For example, I help people create non-boring marketing and social media content so they can spend more time in their business.

This is not about what you do, but how you solved their problem.

think about

How you help your customer.

  • Did you save them time on a task they do every day, so they can spend time with their family more?
  • You relaxed them with the best holistic massage they’ve ever had and their headaches have stopped.

WELL DONE

Hurrah! I do love a carousel.

High impact and it’s one of the top performing posts on Instagram.  You may notice that more of these are ‘saved’ posts from your followers too, so keep an eye on your insights to see how things are performing.

Let me know how you get on and tag me at #wearethesocial with your posts, I’d love to see what you get up to.  Don’t forget I’ll be in the Facebook Group answering any questions you might have too.

Tomorrow, we’re chatting about your top-selling product/service.

See you tomorrow!
